Terms of Service for A+ Mastery

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the A+ Mastery mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

A+ Mastery provides educational content, interactive simulations, practice questions, and study tools to help users prepare for the CompTIA A+ certification exam.

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account to access certain features
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One account per user; account sharing is prohibited

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

Free Tier

• Access to limited study materials
• Basic quiz functionality
• Limited PBQ simulations

Premium Subscription

• Pricing: $17/month or $129/year (subject to change)
• Billing: Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime via app settings or contacting support
• Refunds: No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Payment Processing: Handled securely by Stripe

5. Intellectual Property

• All content (questions, explanations, PBQ simulations, study materials) is owned by A+ Mastery

• You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

A+ Mastery shall not be liable for:

• Maximum liability: Amount paid for subscription in last 12 months

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

• Abuse of the service
